TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
1. These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the “Rado Golden Ticket Contest“ (“the Contest”) administered by Rado Uhren AG, domiciled at Bielstrasse 45, CH-2543 Lengnau, Switzerland (“Rado “, “us”, “our”, “we”).
2. By participating in the Contest, you agree to these Rules and to abide by it. You confirm to have read and understood our Privacy Notice. Our Privacy Notice is available Privacy notice (rado.com).
3. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media or any third-party platform. All information disclosed is provided to us and not to any social media nor any third-party platform. You hereby release any social media or third-party platforms, to the greatest extent legally permissible, from any liability in connection with the Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to us and not to any third-party platforms.
4. Entry is open to anyone with domicile in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec), France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA and aged 18 or over at the start of the Contest, with the exception of our employees (and their families) as well as of our affiliates, of agents and of anyone else involved in the Contest.
5. Each participant may participate only once. Automated or repetitive entries are not allowed.
6. To participate:
register your Rado watch while uploading a creative photo of your Rado watch during the watch registration process. Every Rado watch can only be registered once and under one account.
7. You warrant that the photo is not illicit or otherwise inappropriate or defamatory and that it does not infringe any rights or laws.
8. We disclaim all liability for the picture to the greatest extent legally permissible. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs arising in this connection.
9. Even if you follow these rules and instructions correctly, the possibility of events or conditions beyond our control means that we cannot guarantee your successful participation.
10. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may, in our sole discretion, lead to disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of a prize.
11. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted.
12. The Contest runs from 20 October 2024 at 00:00 CET through 20 January 2025 00:00 CET.
13. We will select 4 (four) winners among the participants based on the photo’s quality, artistic style and its connection to Rado products and brand.
Each winner receives the following prize: the participation to the Rado Tour, which will be organized on 24-26 March 2025 in Switzerland. The Rado Tour includes a round-trip ticket by train or plane according to the winner’s residential country, 2 (two) nights in four-star hotel (breakfast included, any other additional expense excluded), 2 (two) lunches, 2 (two) dinners, visits of the Rado Factory and Rado Boutique as well as a sightseeing attraction. * Each winner is allowed to bring one guest for the Rado Tour in Switzerland. Each winner and each guest are liable for the validity of their travel authorization to Switzerland, such as passports, visas or others.
We disclaim all liability for the required travel authorization to the greatest extent legally permissible. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs arising in this connection and in your participation in this Contest.
14. The winners will be notified via email within 10 (ten) calendar days after the selection.
15. If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply within 1 week of the prize notification, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another contestant.
16. You agree that we may publish your first name and last name, country of residence, profile name on our websites, social media channels (e.g. Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok) if you are selected as a winner, and that we may send you emails in connection with the Contest, while you have the right to ask us to stop sending you emails at any time.
17. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.
18. To claim your prize, you may be required to provide your personal details (first and last name, home address, etc.) and to prove your identity by submitting relevant documents (e.g. ID, driving license). In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email address associated with it.
19. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the prize (in whole or in part) with an item of equal or lesser value.
20. Any taxes that may be levied on the winner shall be exclusively borne by the winner.
21. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest.
23. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in case it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
24. The Contest is void where legally not permitted.
25. We reserve the right to cancel or delay the contest as well as the prize award due to force majeure, following which we are hold safe from all and any liability for nonperformance. Force majeure is any radical, external event that goes beyond the will and control of either party and without any fault of either party, by way of example but in no way exhaustive: natural disasters, outbreaks of war, riots, revolts, insurrections, strikes, epidemics and pandemics as well.
26. All participants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree that We, anyone acting on our behalf, or any of our respective affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now know or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, a participant’s entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, social media name or handle, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
27. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lengnau, Switzerland.

29. English Language. It is the express wish of the parties that the Rules and all related documents, including notices and other communications, be drawn up in the English language only. The approximate prize value is $3,500 CAD
